Installment Plan
Applications for the installment payment plan are available in the Tax Collector's office or by clicking here. Taxpayers may pay their real estate or tangible personal property taxes in installments if the estimated tax due is more than $100. To participate in the installment payment plan, the taxpayer must submit an application with an original signature to the Tax Collector by April 30th and make the first payment due in June. Please be advised a separate installment application is required for each parcel you elect to pay by the installment method. The application may not be submitted via e-mail or fax and must be submitted in its entirety. Annual renewal is automatic as long as the June payment is made each year.
Taxpayers that elect the installment method pays based on an estimated tax equal to the actual taxes for the preceding year. Following is the payment schedule:
Delinquent installment payments must be paid in full with the next installment. Any amount remaining unpaid on April 1st is treated as delinquent.
