AutoAgent Phase II - Commitment of Payment Files

During this period, you will be required to upload your payment file(s) to AutoAgent. You may upload your payment file(s) as early as November 1st, but the deadline for uploading your payment file(s) is November 30th. You may remit your funds via:

• ACH Transaction - deadline November 23, 2011

• Wire Transfer - deadline November 30, 2011
