Tax Collector names new warehouse manager
 

TAMPA, Fla. (Nov. 10, 2005 ) – Curtis Wilson, a 22-year veteran of the Air Force, has been named warehouse manager for the Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s Office, Tax Collector Doug Belden announced today.

 

Wilson retired from the Air Force as a master sergeant in September after a career in logistics, supply and warehousing. At the Tax Collector’s Office, he will oversee the 8,000 square foot warehouse on Falkenburg Road. His duties will also include purchasing, records management, asset inventory and facilities management.

 

A Detroit native, Wilson attended Grantham University and completed the Air Force’s Non-Commissioned Officer Academy in 1998 and the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy in 2004.

 

“We feel extremely fortunate to have someone as qualified and experienced as Curtis on our team,” Belden said. “He is a tremendous asset.”
