Express Wait-On Transactions

 

A courier may have up to five transactions processed while they wait. The courier must remain in the office during the processing of work to answer any questions we may have. The dealer window closes at 4:00 pm daily.

 

Additional guidelines are as follows:

 

  • Five renewals will count as one transaction.

  • Temporary tags do not count as a transaction. 

  • All work must be complete and ready to process when brought into the office.

  • If the dealer's license is revoked, cancelled or suspended, or if an unredeemed dishonored check is outstanding, transactions can not be processed without prior arrangements and appropriate authorization.
  • All title work submitted without a Florida driver license or identification number must be accompanied by a copy of the identification used to verify the applicant's identity.
  • All Florida driver license or identification numbers that can not be verified in FRVIS will be returned for a copy of the identification used to verify the applicant's identity.

  • A current copy of the Dealer’s License and Hillsborough County Occupational License must be submitted once a year.

  • Dealers must provide their state assigned check digit with each group of transactions.  We are not authorized to keep this information on file.   

Management reserves the right to make exceptions to these guidelines.
