As Director of Finance & Accounting, Stephen is
responsible for overseeing the distribution of funds to various state and
local agencies, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, and financial
reporting.
Stephen received a Master of Accounting degree from the
University of Florida in 1989 and is a Certified Public Accountant. He
joined the Tax Collector's Office in November 2003.
