Ms. Kathy Meloy joined the Tax Collector’s Office in
March of 1999 bringing with her many years of private sector HR management
experience.
She holds a BA degree from Niagara University and a
Master’s Degree from SUNY at Buffalo. Kathy is also PPP and SPHR certified
in the practice of Human Resources.
Since joining the Tax Collector’s Office she has
authored an HR policy manual, implemented performance measurement standards,
supervised the customization of the performance management process and
implemented an HRIS system which includes an employee self-service
component. Currently she serves as the Vice-Chair of the Hillsborough County
Civil Service Rules Committee. Ongoing projects include organizational
development initiatives and benefit package restructuring. |
